The journey of black raisin, the "black gold of Greece" as it is widely known, from the past to the future. Following the preparation of an art exhibition themed around raisins, the documentary introduces the importance of this product for the local community of Aigio and for the whole country alike, its history, and the people who live and work with it.

Following the band "The Famous SOAS Rebetiko Band" in Constantinople, Piraeus, Hydra and London, the director records the events that the band attends, such as concerts, a conference for rebetiko songs in Hydra, lectures, musical nights and shadows theater. The orchestral musicians, although from different countries, show the same love for the rebetiko song and with the same enthusiasm, they manage to unite the audience at each event.
