In both France and Japan, we follow psychiatrist Marie-Jeanne Guedj as she endeavours to understand 'Hikikomori' and treat those who are suffering from the condition.

In October 2018 a far-right candidate, Jair Bolsonaro, won the presidential election in Brazil, , my country of birth, the country where I spent part of my childhood and part of my adolescence. This country - which in the sixties experienced a dictatorship - is now dealing with extremism again. When I heard the election result, I thought of my sister and my friends living in Fortaleza. I gathered a few memories and felt nostalgic for the possible future promised by the years of the return to democracy.
