Depicts the topic of young peoples poverty in Berlin. Involving the social welfare service, counseling, youth clubs, drugs, prostitution and the social psychiatric care. Various statements can also be seen by adolescents who comment on their problems. In the last part you can see recordings from a youth club and various interviews with children report on their everyday life and family situations. The total abandonment is comprehensive.
