Adam is unemployed man who dependent on his sick grandmother's money to live and he is anxious for her death, but when her illness prolong he decides to murder her, only the nurse that is watching his grandmother advice to depend on himself and leave this crazy idea and when she sees that he is determined, she agrees to help by using a pill that would kill the grandmother and won't leave any trace, when Adam gets worried she gives him a pill to relax only to tell him later that its same poisoned pill that she gave to his grandmother and he wants the antidote he must give her substantial amount of money. Adam agrees after he threatens her few times only to find out that she was only playing on him to make realize that he was wrong by trying to kill his sick grandmother.
