Ten years ago, Börje, Hans-Enar, Johnny and Lars were confined to Säter's secure pavilion. Sentenced to inpatient psychiatric care for murder or other serious violent crimes. Documentary filmmaker Noomi Liljefors stepped into this closed, mythical world and met "the dangerous men".
