The film tells the love story between the gypsy youth Silva, who makes his living from drug dealing and other criminal activities, and the young Turkish girl Nihal who is attending a school for journalism in Hamburg. Their relationship has to cope with the conflicting worlds of crime, gang warfare and differences in tradition and mentality.
