Kindaichi, Miyuki and Fumi are invited to the resort of the Deep Blue Island by Akane, the daughter of the president of the Aizawa Group. A group of criminals infiltrate the hotel to kill the members of the Aizawa Group.

This is a story of two siblings, Anzu and Naruto Nozaki, heirs to the fabulous Nozaki fortune. Naruto appears to be an overbearing sis-con.
