Morgan Pressman used to be a probation officer for over 15 years. He finally got fed up with a system that he couldn't change, so he left and became a teacher at a community college. Along the way, he lost a lot of dreams, his personal life and drowned himself in his anger...but he helped a lot of young people. One friend was to visit him...but she never showed up. For the last 2 days, Morgan's been beaten up, robbed, almost shot and stabbed...and why...he has no idea...then he's told that she's been murdered. That kind of math isn't hard to do.
