Librarian Valentina Petukhova accidentally stumbles upon an old cemetery located not far from the strange tiny village of Lihodeevka. Heavy rain forced her to spend the night in a small chapel, where she witnesses an unusual ritual associated with the resurrection of the dead. From fear Valentina loses feelings. When she wakes up in the morning, she decides to look at the place of the intended ceremony. Valentina notices with horror the grave on which the monument is erected with her name, her date of birth and - the date of death. Valentina Petukhova left to live for 13 days. Did she see all this or was it real? What is this cemetery, who are these people? Is she really destined to die in 13 days or there is any way to avoid it?
