In this film we meet some people in Blekinge who still believe in and fight for the quality that is in the locally produced food: Christl Nilsson in Skillingsboda lives with his sheep and his five dairy cows and has a relationship with his animals that you can hardly find in the large-scale world. On the square in Karlshamn stands the same salesman who stood there for 40 years and on the filmmaker Per Anders Rudelius' ancestral farm in Snöfleboda, his father Olle reflects on the changed conditions under which today's small-scale agriculture lives.
