The future: Australia has a fascist government. Rock star and leader of the Octagon peace movement Black Alice, is invited by government to have a hologram made of him. It's the eve of a peace rally against a visiting nuclear submarine, government wants Alice out of the way so they entomb him in the hologram. 2127AD, Two post apocalyptic survivors fall into the remains of Sydney's underground. Searching for an exit, they trigger a hologram display releasing Black Alice. Wanting to find out what happened to his world, Alice searches and discovers the peace ferry and members of the Octagon in 2012 had collided with the sub triggering a nuclear reaction that all but destroyed the world. He has to get back to save mankind.
