Far north near the Hudson's Bay, a pair of arctic foxes are busy caring for their new litter. Little Kala and her siblings must remain alert to the threat of a new predator: the red fox. Global warming is attracting the larger fox north. The film follows Kala over her first nine months of life, as she fights for her survival.
