-The Quebec winter (In Canada). Shovel. Freeze. Cry. Why endure winter and the hard work of our hectic lives when we can afford a week of dreaming in the sun in an all-inclusive package, doing nothing, drinking and eating at will? Relax at last. CUBA. The authentic turquoise CUBA. Testing the tenacious paradigm of life-saving tourism, 'Playa Coloniale' is a squeaky look at an industry that is not used to questioning itself and whose users do not seem to question themselves either. The right to holidays is undoubtedly legitimate. But what do we do with our guests' right to a holiday? Is our money spent at home really a source of economic progress or emancipation? The documentary gives a voice to the protagonists of this issue. Travelling and "touring" here become two ways of looking at the geopolitical dynamics of our travel. For the gain of some, against the peril of others.
