51 Fragments of a Wandering Mind is a feature-length experimental documentary-film which is both existential self-portrait and gritty travelogue. Shot over six months, in 13 countries and completely on a toy camera, 51 Fragments presents a first person account of a man trying to find meaning in a world becoming increasingly meaningless.

They suffer extreme highs and lows as they pick up awards but doors still slam in their face as they discover just how difficult it is to break through without star names in the cast: until finally, six years after they set out on their film making journey, something completely unpredictable happens and their perseverance is vindicated.
