This film shows the journey that an extreme runner makes through some parts of Antioquia, Colombia; his contact with our people, our rivers, our mountains, our language, our culture. The different problems and all the beauty of our land. It is also a rediscovery of the Embera Katía indigenous community of Jaidukamá that lives in the remote jungle at the Nudo de Paramillo, in Ituango.
