Two women have access to the personal notes of their deceased friend - they start an unforgettable journey to learn more about her. Isabel and Lucia remember her friend Brigitta, who committed suicide at a young age. In a big bag Brigitta left notes and letters, which are material for confrontation and discussion regarding the topic of suicide. They are the impulse for a journey, geographical and emotional. On this journey through Switzerland Lucia and Isabel capture bridges with their dance and music. Bridges, not only as a place to jump off of to do away with oneself, but also as a relational metaphor. During the journey Lucia finds three seeds in one of Brigitta's notebooks. From those seeds whispers a promise of growing friendships.
