The French Minister for Agriculture was filmed for nine months, while he was negotiating in Brussels what would be the future of the European agriculture. His purpose is to save the small french farms -fifteen thousands of them disappear each year. Such filmings have never happened before. Not only because of the unseen access to the intimate work of a politician, but also because of the special access to the Council of Ministers in Brussels.
