There's a ferocious Bigfoot loose in the US South and it's faster and sleeker than its Northwest cousin. Responding to attacks on people's homes, pets and farm animals, the Gulf Coast BIgfoot organization wants to protect the public and harvest one male Bigfoot specimen to prove to Science once and for all that it's real. Now the only problem is, there's a group out there ('Friends of the Forest People') run by a PhD Neuropsychologist, that believes BIgfoot is human-like and killing even one would be murder. The series examines the hunt for this elusive mythical beast, and the struggle between 2 groups of people who have very different ideas of what to do, when they encounter the Sasquatch.
