On the crime-ridden streets of South Daytona Beach, Hero Cop Smocaine takes out the bad guys while dealing with a heroin addiction. After a Truckload of P2P and Crank is spotted being shipped into the local Mexican gangland by an infamous repeat offender, Spider, Smocaine must stop these drugs reaching the streets.
