The Film shows us the preparation process of a theatre play by Özen Yula who is a professional theatre play write and director. The play is about the closest moments to reality of human beings in an intensive care unit of a hospital. In the documentary the director Süleyman Arda Emince, shows players only as flesh bodies who reflect the identities that they are supposed to represent. By doing this he chooses to focus on the creation processes of the plays from two point of views; the play's and the documentaries's directors. The film aims to explain the creation process of a director in 7 stages like the World's creation. These stages are described as; voice practices, physical exercises, improvisations,writing process, roles, characters and the play itself.
