The award-winning Wildlife Productions team set up camp at John's cottage, and during the course of one short day, wired, directed, recorded and filmed for the short documentary. We decided to keep the film simple and let the beautiful music and John's raw emotional words and demonstrative performance speak for itself. John, for one summer day, was able to live out a dream of playing Chopin's composition and helping to tell its story, then sitting back and watching himself perform. Featured is one of Chopin's complex, yet beautiful pieces played with extreme talent, heart and vigor. A dream fulfilled for a long time Long Islander. Presenting: 'Fantasie Impromptu'.
