Billy Buster is running out of money and can't afford to pay his hospital bills, so he turns to a life of crime. There's only one problem: Billy is dumb. Billy tries to burglarize Todd Spikeman's house: the most secure, protected house in all of Watertown, New York. After time and time again of failing, Billy finally finds a way to get into Todd's house. Will Billy be able to get enough money to pay for his bills, or will he lose everything?
