In a Italian region, Puglia, plagued by environmental degradation and agricultural-industry-related brutalities, a group of associations and farmers re-found the paradigms of modern agriculture, in defense of food sovereignty. The exchange of seeds, the fertility of the land, the protection of the landscape, the defense of workers' rights and cooperation outline a new system of values on which to base the production of healthy and fair food.
