Sequel to "Albariño Rías Baixas: from tradition to the world", this documentary tells the reawakening of wine culture and tradition in the Galician regions of Monterrei and Ribeira Sacra. The internationalization and global fame reached by Galician wines meant to a certain extent their standardization and homogenization. Now, a group of winegrowers aim to return to the roots through more authentic vinifications that express their terroirs in a unique way, recovering vineyards and grape varieties on the verge of disappearance.
