Berlin's leading techno DJ and producer Paul Kalkbrenner takes to the decks at Barcelona's Sónar festival for an explosive live set. Few DJs and producers have experienced Berlin's electro renaissance as intensely as Paul Kalkbrenner. Beginning his DJ career at the dawn of reunification when he was barely 13, this East Berlin native witnessed the explosion of electronic music in the city's abandoned venues and squats in the late 80s/early 90s.
