In Oakville, Ontario, Canada, a community wakes up to another day of isolation, uncertainty, boredom, financial stress, procrastination and banana bread. All filmed on their own smartphones and cameras, this unique documentary weaves the lives of 15 groups: families, a movie theater owner, a karate sensei, a psychiatrist, a Member of Parliament, a teacher, a pregnant mother, a daughter struggling to fly her mother home, an anesthetist, university students and the Mayor.
