Weather Report is a chronicle of the times. It questions the directions in which the civilization is headed and the faces of familiar institutions like marriage, family, home and occupations.The three characters, Ira, Arjun and Amol, bring the fore the choices we have and choices we make. Each of them is both a product and progenitor of specific value-systems. For one, the process proves to be liberating. For the other, it's crippling.
