NO MAKEUP is a reflection on the general concept of creating a character - stage and social. The topic came from the inner need to talk about things which are taboo in polish mainstream society. The movie is a borderline between documentary and performance; during preparations for the evening show performers talk about the need for auto-expression in art, what "drag" means to them and about beliefs swirling around them.
