Sofía Reyes knows that cooking is not precisely her jam. She enters the studio with a purpose that goes beyond music, preparing three dishes: ceviche, carnitas, and Mexican sweet bread. The key here will be that she'll have Chef Alejandro Guzmán to guide her. As she has fun with the recipes, the talented artist tells us how cooking is a way for her to feel connected to her grandmothers and with the pleasure she feels from eating. She will also reflect on the importance of music in her life. For her, artistic creation is similar to cooking: results are a lot better when you put your heart into it. The chef teaches her how to prepare carnitas, one of her favorite dishes, which connects her to the flavors of her homeland, Mexico. Sofia receives Daniela and Eugenia, her friend and the choreographer of several of her music video. She also discovers that, although she loves dessert, she has never made one! This is a great opportunity for the three of them to make Mexican sweet bread together. They all have a great time as the chef teaches them how to make Mexican sweet bread. Finally, Sofia performs beautiful songs, such as an unreleased version of "Mal de amores" while everyone settles down to enjoy dessert.
