Fato Macaco is a fictionalized documentary filmed in Bairro dos Pescadores, Bairro do Grito do Povo and in the center of Setúbal. It focuses on collecting real testimonies of struggles and acts of resistance and demonstration by workers in the region. In parallel with this collection of testimonies, there is the story of a fictional character, with a mascot's head, who lives in Bairro dos Pescadores and reflects some of the problems associated with working conditions across sectors and generations.
