The film "Sadhu Kishan Singh" is based on the book about Sadhu Kishan Singh. It tells the true story of Sadhu Kishan Singh. Sadhu Kishan Singh returned to Punjab in September 1958, after years of spreading the gospel in the Himalayas. Seventeen years earlier, he had been expelled from his home for following Jesus. Upon his return, he learned that his parents had died earlier that year and that he had a younger sister, Shanta, who was born in 1953. The movie was released in 2023 in Punjab.
