One year after Bruce Wayne returns to Gotham, and "The Batman" figure becomes widely known around Gotham. Many believe him to be a hero, some don’t believe in him at all. And the others are the criminals and enemies that fear him and want him dead. Oswald Cobblepot also known as the Penguin sets out a bounty for the Batman and changes everything. Bruce has to begin to learn how to deal with new allies and clean up the city once again from corruption.
