His latest restoration job takes Willibald Adrian Metzger (Simon Schwarz) to a crime theater in Graz. After the work is done, he wants to watch the current play "Mordstheater" together with his wife Danjela (Valery Tscheplanowa), best-buddy Wollnar (Christoph Krutzler) and his old schoolmate and current policeman Senekowitsch (Thomas Mraz). Danjela is a big fan of the leading actress Emelie Fablé. But she doesn't show up for the performance and her body is found shortly afterwards. When the understudy and previous main suspect Olga dies shortly afterwards, Metzger, Danjela and Wollnar start to investigate.
