In 1976, Paul de Vos, with a group of friends, travelled to Essex in search of the legendary Borley Rectory - once named 'The Most Haunted House in England'. They spent the night in the vicinity and recorded sounds which have remained unexplained to this day. Forty-eight years later, his son, Sebastian de Vos, gathers a crew to retrace his father's footsteps and find an answer to a mystery that has haunted this country for over a century.
