"The Multidimensionals" tells the beginnings of STAR ENVOY, an unacknowledged Defense Intelligence Agency Operations Group assigned to protect US interests among the galactic community via specialized "ambassadors". The "ambassadors" are recruited based on their genetic and frequential similarity to interdimensional species dealt with by the program. These "ambassadors" are identified in a variety of manners. They are then read into the program tasking them to find extraterrestrials in human form, a sensitive mission unacknowledged by the Secretary of Defense. Upon being indoctrinated as a STAR ENVOY ambassador, their specific skill sets are fostered by the program and boosted for mission success .
