"Building Valhalla" is a feature length documentary, which takes an intimate look at a day in the life with P.T.S.D., for former Canadian Army Veterans/First Responders, Graham Bettes and Shawn Bennett, whom used their learned coping skills, to form Valhalla Project Niagara. Together, with their service dogs, they designed the "Learn to Live Program," a 5 day residential respite program, for veterans and first responders suffering P.T.S.D., due to work-related injuries. The film features original music from Bettes, as well as the calming, meditative music of MISK'I TAKIY.
