In September 2022, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine launched a media platform for Russian military servicemen who want to surrender to the Ukrainian army, called "I Want to Live". The platform consists of a website, a chatbot, and a hotline, which Russian serviceman can call to discuss the terms of their surrender.
