Reclusive Jane is addicted to a public TV broadcast designed to reduce viewers' depression and anxiety. But when it mysteriously goes off-air, Jane spirals. She must venture to the outside world for help, where she becomes entangled in an underground rave scene that may hold the key to the broadcast's disruption.
