Ruth Landshoff 7 Ocak 1904'te Berlin, Almanya'da doğdu. Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922) ve Die zwölfte Stunde (1930) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncuydu. David Yorck von Wartenburg ile evliydi. 19 Ocak 1966'da New York, ABD'de öldü.
