Ryan Reinike is from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is a graduate of the University of New Orleans where he was awarded the Herb Davis Award for Multi-Disciplinary Achievements in the Arts. While living in New Orleans, Ryan performed in a one-man show, Mirrors of Chartres Street, portraying William Faulkner which went on to be accepted at the International Fringe Festival in New York.
Stage credits he is personally pleased with include the original play, piggies, which he co-wrote, Amadeus - for which he won New Orleans' Storer Boone Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance of the titular character, The Theatre Alliance-Français's Cyrano De Bergerac, The Glass Menagerie performed in conjunction with the Tennessee Williams Literacy Festival, I Hate Hamlet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Fool for Love, Frankie & Johnnie in the Clair de Lune, and many odd little pieces of original theatre about New Orleans.
He lives in Biloxi, Mississippi with his wife and daughter and operates a small graphic design and web design firm while continuing to be invested in local theatre, writing, directing, and developing his film career.
