Scott M. Schewe "Schewe" was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Mr. Ronald
& Mrs. Linda Schewe where they lived for 6 months. The Schewe's moved
to El Salvador for almost three years, thus giving Scott his first
language of Spanish. The Schewe family then moved to Chicago for
Scott's formative years until 9th grade, when they made the decision to
move to Honolulu, Hawaii where they have lived until today. Scott went
to McKinley High School being a star 3 sport athlete and then studied
at The University of Hawaii to get his background in Business Finance.
Scott began studying acting at Scott Rogers Studios here in Honolulu
and has attended numerous classes and workshops by Keo Woolford, Guy
Camilleri, Margaret Doversola and Sherrie Robertson to name a few.
Scott got his first taste in acting as an extra on season 3 of Hawaii
5-0. Schewe's first real "breakthrough role" was in the U.H. ACM
student film "Bicycle", in which Scott played the role of "Paul" an
abusive father of two daughters. Bicycle was nominated for 6 ACM awards, and won for best director. Bicycle was also entered in the Hawaii International Film Festival where it was nominated for the Eurocinema award for the best Hawaii student film. Since then Schewe has played a variety
of characters, been in two plays, 4 TV shows, multiple feature films, and
numerous student films. Schewe is always looking for more work to
further his arsenal of characters, and has never turned down a role.
Scott is a travel agent by day in the family business, Schewe Travel
Associates. Scott is the husband to Tracy Schewe, a father to three children, Matthew, Tomoe & Motomi. All of the Schewe's are athletic, multi-talented, and represented by Ms. Joy Kam of The Kathy Muller Talent and Modeling Agency on Oahu. Although Scott was born in Michigan and raised in El Salvador & Chicago, he has been in Honolulu since '83 and he officially calls Hawaii home.
Schewe wishes to thank his entire family for loving, supporting, and allowing him to chase his dreams.
