Fran Fullenwider 16 Kasım 1945'te Harlingen, Teksas, ABD'de doğdu. The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975), Eat the Rich (1987) ve Ruhların Evi (1993) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncuydu. 2 Mayıs 1997 tarihinde Westminster, Londra, İngiltere'de öldü.
