Born and raised in Swindon Hadrian studied drama at school before training at the Bristol Old Vic theatre school 1987-1990. He spent many years in the West End appearing in a dozen major musicals including Les Miserables, Miss Saigon and Phantom of the Opera. As part of the ensemble for Jerry Springer the Opera Hadrian won the 2004 Olivier Award for Best Supporting performance in a Musical, the first time an ensemble had been nominated en masse. He now lives in Birmingham with his partner Chris, Ripley the cat and their one year old Labrador Jess.
