Robyn was born on September 16 1983. Brought up in Lincolnshire she initially trained as a dancer at the London Studio Centre and financed her self as a student by filling dough-nuts. At nineteen she under-studied the role of Christine in 'The Phantom of the Opera',making her realise she wanted a career in musical theatre and she played that role for three years,as well as appearing in the birthday celebration performance at the Royal Albert Hall. In addition to her musical roles - such as in Evita in the revival directed by Michael Grandage - she toured in the straight play 'Master Class' and has recorded an album 'Make Believe'.
