Ali Hassan Hadi Al-Tobi is a Norwegian director, cinematographer, screenwriter and a VFX artist. Born to Iraqi parents during their escape of the Gulf War in 1991. He arrived in Trondheim, Norway after close to three years in the Rafha camps, and lived there for eight years before moving closer to Oslo with his parents. Since then he has lived in multiple places in Norway and England to pursue his career in computer science, visual effects, and film directing.
