Bill Mitchell 26 Aralık 1934'te Montreal, Quebec, Kanada'da doğdu. İnsan İki Kere Yaşar (1967), Supergirl (1984) ve Night of the Eagle (1962) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. 20 Ağustos 1997 tarihinde Londra, İngiltere'de öldü.
