Milt Tarver 20 Aralık 1943 tarihinde Natchitoches, Louisiana, ABD'de doğdu. Vegas'ta Korku ve Nefret (1998), Gerçeğe Çağrı (1990) ve Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. 30 Aralık 2004 tarihinde vefat etti.
