Priscilla Lopez 26 Şubat 1948 tarihinde The Bronx, New York, ABD'de doğdu. Aşk Masalı (2002), Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise (1987) ve Sleeping with the Fishes (2013) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncudur. 1971'den beri Vincent Fanuele ile evlidir. İki çocukları vardır.
