Grant is a film programmer and moderator for the American Cinematheque. He is a co-founder and producer of Beyond Fest the highest-attended genre film festival in the United States.

Grant has voiced Muckman for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Arnim Zola for The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Green Lantern for The DC Super Friends and several characters on Cartoon Network's Uncle Grandpa.
