Mimi Cecchini 9 Ocak 1922'de San Francisco, Kaliforniya, ABD'de doğdu. Ay Çarpması (1987), Wise Guys (1986) ve Slow Dancing in the Big City (1978) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncuydu. 28 Ağustos 1992 tarihinde öldü.
